Hotel Viest

A typical stopover hotel for people on a roadtrip. Close to the highway and not much to see or do around the hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable and modern. It has a very interesting layout; a big semi-circle of two floors with pool and lawn in the center and parking spaces on the outside directly accross each room. Room was big and bright with a terrace direcly on the center lawn. The restaurant stayed open late which is convenient for late arrivals. There was a private party on the terrace so only inside seating possible. Service was friendly and quick enough. Unfortunately there is no options to charge your electric car. Even in the area around the hotel I did not find anything.

Very clean & bright hotel. I like the second door to separate noise from the hallway & the bedroom, I love the shower that had 3 settings. The bed was huge. I liked the convenience of parking right outside the room. Breakfast was very good. The spa was awesome. Only negatives was the internet (could not connect) and no English channels on tv. The hotel is close to the freeway and there’s signage to find it but little within walking distance. There is a mall several blocks away. I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel staff (Denise from the events team and especially Monica from the front office) were all super helpful and very nice throughout the whole stay. The room was nice for a two nights stay and the food in the restaurant delicious (Lunch & dinner). One fact was not understandable for me, how can you charge €305,00 for a meeting room which did not even have pen and paper on the desk neither a glass or bottles of water. After requesting some water we got plastic cups which were easy to flip. Furthermore we got charged for a big pot (Samowa) of black coffee (no milk only sugar) and a plat full of cookies (see attached) for EURO 150,00 (16 persons). Wow crazy and shocking at the same time! I know that some parts of North Italy are expensive but this is ridiculous!

Ho potuto sfruttare un pomeriggio nella Spa dell’hotel, in quanto avevo un voucher regalo per due persone. Il centro benessere molto carino e il personale gentile, peccato per l’episodio accaduto all’interno della Spa. Eravamo nella vasca idromassaggio e un signore ha allungato più volte le mani all’interno dell’acqua nonostante gli avessimo fatto capire che non eravamo interessati a nulla e che ci aveva infastiditi. Abbiamo riportato l’episodio alle ragazze della reception della Spa, le quali hanno richiamato il signore, dispiacendosi con noi e dicendoci che purtroppo non era la prima volta che succedeva con lo stesso signore. Proprio per questo motivo mi sarei aspettato una gestione differente della situazione dato che non era il primo episodio successo, e mi sarei sentito più al sicuro se l’avessero allontanato dal centro. Proprio per il fatto accaduto non mi sentirei a mio agio ritornare per un’ulteriore giornata di relax, se questo tipo di situazioni vengono gestite in questo modo.

Soggiorno di due notti, in gruppo di 9 persone complessive (4 camere). Hotel con buon rapporto qualità-prezzo; letti comodi, camere con arredamento effettivamente un pò datato, piuttosto buona la colazione. Abbiamo anche cenato una sera nel Ristorante interno, risultato soddisfacente. SPA non utilizzata. Consigliato.

Personale gentilissimo Avevo valige enormi.. comodo il parcheggio contro la mia stanza. Sono stata benissimo letto enorme e comodissimo. Ristorante ottimo complimenti allo chef. Non ho avuto il tempo di provare la Spa. Merita altra visita. Grazie.
